HCG Sample Meal Plan


Green tea or Coffee. Be careful with coffee as it can dehydrate you. It is best not to drink diet sodas. ½ grapefruit. Remember only 2 fruits a day.


You are allowed Protein, Vegetables or salad, and a fruit for both lunch and dinner.


  • Eat 100 grams (approx. 3.5 oz. weighed raw) of grilled Beef, veal or venison, bison, Chicken breast (skinless), Fish, lobster, crawfish, prawns, shrimp, crabmeat.
  • Suggested fish only: Wild Chilean Sea Bass, Flounder, Sole or Halibut or any white fish.


  • One large handful of the following: (NO butter, margarine, salad dressing or lard). The only oil allowed is MTC Oil. Remember, Tomatoes are a fruit.


  • Spinach
  • Beet greens (not the beet itself)
  • Lettuces of any kind; the darker green the better for nutrition
  • Field Greens (dandelion, rocket, radicchio, cilantro, basil and others)
  • Tomatoes (counts as fruit)
  • Celery
  • Red Radishes
  • Cucumbers

Steamed or grilled

  • Fennel root
  • White, yellow or red onions
  • Asparagus … 4 spears
  • Cabbage …3/4 cup steamed … Chard …3/4 cup steamed
  • Spinach … ¾ cup steamed

Should never be eaten by itself. It should always be with a meal

  • Apple
  • Grapefruit ½ organic
  • Orange do not eat if you are diabetic
  • Strawberries
  • The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes.
Here is a Daily MEAL SAMPLE:

Monday Breakfast

  • Drink your water before your meal
  • Green tea or Coffee
  • Lots of water

Monday Lunch

  • Drink your water before your meal
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz). Boneless Chicken Breast
  • ¾ cup spinach with sliced radishes and cucumbers (add non-sugar balsamic (1 tbsp). This makes a nice salad. You can add herbs into your dressing (check the labels)
  • Option: Add tomatoes on salad (count as fruit)
  • Fruit – 5 large strawberries

Monday Dinner

  • Drink your water before your meal
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) Halibut
  • 4 spears of Asparagus
  • No fruit if you have one for breakfast.

By the end of the day, you should have drunk 64 oz of water (this is water on its own, it does not count in your tea, coffee).

Hot Pepper, Herbs and Spices

You may season any of the food with the juice of half an organic lemon, stevia sweetener, white or black pepper, organic raw apple cider or balsamic vinegar, sea salt, organic garlic, organic basil, organic parsley, organic thyme, organic marjoram, or any other organic herb. Absolutely no oil, no butter (butter buds okay), salad dressings, no substitutes! These can deactivate HCG. Any hot pepper that has not been pickled is allowed.
